Fleet and support
Genuine and OEM parts
Genuine or OEM-grade parts, matched to your vehicle.
A good repair can fail because of the wrong part. A component that is almost the right size or of unknown quality may fit today, but it often brings the problem back before long.
So we use genuine or OEM-grade parts, chosen from your vehicle's identity, not guesswork. When there is more than one option, such as a genuine part and an OEM-grade one, we explain the difference along with the estimate, and you choose.
The parts fitted are written into the vehicle's service record, so you know what is in your vehicle and when it went in. The old parts that come off can be seen or taken home if you ask.

Questions
What is the difference between genuine and OEM-grade parts?
Genuine parts are sold under the vehicle maker's brand. OEM-grade parts are made to the same specification, often by the same supplier, but sold under another brand. Both are fit for use, and we explain the difference for the part you need.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. We check first that the part suits the vehicle and is in good condition. If we have doubts, we tell you before fitting it.
Can I buy parts without having them fitted?
Ask us by email, naming the vehicle and the part you are after. We will reply on whether we can supply it.
