Fleet contracts
Scheduled care for a whole fleet, with a service record for every vehicle.
A fleet that is only looked after when something breaks spends more time stopped at the roadside. A fleet contract puts maintenance on a schedule, so vehicles come in when you plan it, not when they break down.
This garage looks after vehicles for the companies of Syairozi Group and for fleets from outside the group as well. Together we set a service schedule for each vehicle based on its manual and how it is used, then arrange the order they come in so your operation keeps running.
Every vehicle has its own service record: what was done, which parts were fitted and what to watch next time. Anything found outside the schedule is still explained first with an estimate, and no extra work goes ahead without approval from the person you nominate.

Drop-off
The vehicle arrives and the complaint is written down as told.

Scanner and inspection first, before anything is opened.

Findings and the estimate are explained. No work goes ahead without your approval.

On the lift, mechanical and electrical work is carried through.

Parts
Genuine or OEM-grade parts come off the shelf, not guesswork.

Body, paint and livery
In the paint booth the body is made good and the livery goes on.

Road test and record
A road test to be sure, then the service record is written.

Handover
The keys go back to you and the vehicle goes back on the road.
Questions
Are fleet contracts only for Syairozi Group companies?
No. We look after the vehicles of Syairozi Group companies, and fleets from outside the group can take a contract too. Email us with an outline of your vehicle types and how many you run.
Can trucks and buses be included?
Service for heavy vehicles such as trucks and buses is coming soon. For now, fleet contracts cover cars, light commercial vehicles and motorcycles.
Who approves extra work?
The person you name in the contract. We send the findings and estimate to them, and the work only starts once they approve it.
Can I see the service history for the whole fleet?
Yes. Every vehicle has its own service record, and you can ask for it at any time for one vehicle or the whole fleet.
